Hobby 1

So this rain has taken a toll on my biking hobby….

…actually this hobby has taken a toll on my hobby!  I have put the biking hobby on hold until I can get my own bike…that I can actually ride comfortably.  So I am going to decide on my next hobby and start on Hobby #2.  

Day 1 Recap!

So I rode my bike to and from work….and it was so hard.  First of all, I rode a beach cruiser…bad idea number one.  Second mistake…I didn’t scoot the seat back far enough, so my knees were hitting the handle bars.  And….it was way harder than I thought it was going to be!  

I’ll give it a try again tomorrow…and we will see what happens.  So far I think that people who have bicycling as a hobby are kinda nuts!  It’s so difficult!

First Hobby

I picked the first hobby I am going to try!  And the winner is…..bicycling!  I’m going to start riding my bike to and from work to start, and then begin riding my bike around places!

Now, I can’t remember the last time I actually rode a bike, so here’s hoping I won’t fall on my ass.  

“It’s just like riding a bike” is a cliche for a reason…right?
